    clean room

It was just a great match for a two-day stay in Tikal with a great value-to-price ratio. The sunrise tour of Tikal by Cesar was unforgettable. he truly brought the ancient Mayan world to life. Make sure to buy your tickets in advance to avoid last-minute hassles.

    huge bathtub
    outdoor pool
    dirty hot tub

We had a fantastic time soaking in the huge bathtub with amazing forest views and enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the afternoons. The outdoor area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, making our stay even better. Just a heads-up, the hot tub could have used some cleaning, but it didn’t take away from our experience! 🌴

    jungle soundtrack
    refreshing pool
    delicious breakfast
    limited water options

We had a fantastic time at the lodge! The howler monkeys provided a unique jungle soundtrack every night, while the refreshing pool was perfect after exploring the ruins. Breakfast was a highlight, particularly the fresh coffee and traditional dishes.

    rustic charm
    comfortable seating
    harmonious sounds
    attentive service
    restaurant interaction

The rustic charm combined with modern touches throughout the lodge created a delightful ambiance. The open spaces and comfortable seating areas allowed me to relax while enjoying the harmonious sounds of the jungle.

More attentive service at the restaurant would help.

will definitely visit place next time

The room was super comfy with a private bathroom, spacious seating area, and nice mosquito netting. The outdoor pool had a fantastic view and was perfect for relaxing under sun umbrellas. The food was tasty, especially the Florentine omelette. Friendly staff added to the enjoyable atmosphere in this beautiful jungle setting.

    unbeatable location
    pleasant staff
    unbearable heat

    great location but bearable heat

The location is unbeatable, right next to the park ruins. Staff interactions were unexpectedly pleasant, countering some reviews I read, which was a relief.

The unbearable heat made it tough to enjoy the room.

    beautiful view
    hot tub maintenance

The family bungalow was spacious and had a

beautiful view of the surrounding forest. We loved the wildlife sounds at night, but it was a bit warm without air conditioning, and the hot tub wasn't usable due to the heat. Overall, it was a memorable stay.

Waking up to the sounds of the jungle was pure magic! The Junior Suite with Mountain View was comfy and truly spacious. Just a downside was the weak water pressure, but I’d still return in a heartbeat! 🌿

    delicious food
    rude staff
    poor service

The food at the restaurant was very good.

The service was appalling and the staff were surly. I had to ask multiple times just to get a simple cup of coffee. The room facilities were lacking and it felt like management didn’t care about our experience.
